Dine in is now available but is dependent on the establishment. Please call ahead to confirm. Staying in someone's home, for your next getaway reduces your exposure to crowds and large gatherings. However we understand that you may have concerns and wanted to take this opportunity to review our response to COVID-19. As long as conditions exist, the following changes have been made to our of checkin and checkout procedures.
• Checkin will be at 6pm unless arrangements have been made with the owner. • Mask are required in most retail establishments, around public spaces and on Shipyard Plantation. Please come prepared. • Fiddler's Cove community pools are open with deck restrictions. • Tennismaster community pools were planned to be opened May 25, but have not opened yet. Bunko ajb@imcchhi.com. • Beachwalk community pools are opened. • Social distance guidelines will be posted, but there are no onsite HOA resources for enforcement at the pools. Beach lifeguards will not be enforcers as well. They are there for water safety not pandemic safety. • As of May 1st, Beach Parking has been opened. Beach restroom facilities have opened, however with reduced hours to allow for extra cleaning time. • Beach Showers have reopened however they may be closing by 3pm. • The Shipyard shuttle carts will run from 9 am to 5 pm daily, weather permitting • Our departure manager has been provided with protective equipment and extra cleaning instructions. • We have invested heavily in Rejuvenate Disinfectant cleaner used by clinics and salons as a safe and highly effective disinfectant. Pre-Approved by the EPA as a safe COVID-19 Fighting Product for business owners. • All high touch surfaces are getting treated thoroughly. • Quilted bedding is being rotated out after every changeover guest. All throw pillows, throw blankets, and decorative pillow shams have been removed from the unit. • Starter supplies of paper consumables are provided. Cleaning and disinfectant supplies are also in the unit, but I ask that you do not take them with you. • Expect the same grocery product supply shortages that you have at home. |
